Helenor Gilmour

With over 30 years of experience in kids media, Helenor is the authority on kids. Through rigorous research and over 750 hours of face to face time, Helenor has a thorough knowledge of what drives them, the rhythm of their lives and what they think is hot (or not).

Helenor has pioneered our Trendspotter Kids and Teens panel, of kids who share the latest crazes, trends and opinions straight from the playground. By travelling up and down the country to visit Trendspotters and their families, and keeping up to date with them via weekly FaceTime calls, Helenor has developed an in-depth understanding of the lives of today's kids.

She also co-authored one of the first white papers identifying the key predicted behaviours of Generations Alpha, presenting it to Government bodies and businesses in the UK and abroad.

Pete Maginn

Pete works with brands and agencies looking to understand and engage with kids, teens and their families to drive their businesses. He is an expert at devising the most relevant, bespoke approaches to deliver against clients’ briefs and ensuring that the business is left with truly actionable outcomes.

 

Pete joined Beano Studios from The Pineapple Lounge, where he had worked since 2015 as Head of Insight and most recently, Managing Director UK. With other 18 years’ experience in the insight industry, Pete has worked with category leading clients including LEGO, Twitch, Netflix, Disney Channels and Unilever.

 

He has led large-scale, complex research projects from end to end and worked with global brands to ensure their insights are used to their full potential, informing business decisions and change.
